Today I received my Nicor Gas bill, Natural gas cost $2.60, taxes $1.64, delivery charge $25.38.  This is what waste, stupidity and corruption buys you in Illinois. In a few years there will no longer be any small business's in Illinois, the strip malls will be vacant and the unemployment rate will continue to rise. When will the exploitation stop????? Any elected State Official for the last twenty years should be put behind bars, there pensions taken away and then maybe the current officials will understand that they need to protect the citizens, not themselves.

And not to pick on one, ComEd  electricity supply $28.16, delivery services $49.14, so where has all the money collected since day one been spent, I would like to be on the audit review board, at no charge to the citizens of Illinois.
